you did put on some thermal grease (arctic silver iii, arctic alumina) after you removed that sticky paste right?

that was the stock paste that aids in transferring heat from your cpu to the heatsink

i replaced my stealth 92mm with a panaflow low 92mm

the panaflo is louder, but the sound is "cleaner"

however, i did reduce the voltage to 5v since airflow wasn't my biggest concern

here's something from bjorn3d it also looks like the 9600 doesn't need extra power = less heat = less cooling = less noise :) "Moving to a .13 process means the ability to pack more stuff into a smaller die as well as make the chipset use less power. ATI talked about the possibility to get a fan-les...

i may have missed the explanation, but why not make a duct to the rear exhaust fan instead of the psu?

this way the psu won't get overloaded with all the heat from the cpu and video card

WTB Panaflo M and L in Canada?

I want to get a panaflo 92mm 12L1A for my case and a 80mm 12M1A for my heatsink (thanks to mike's suggestive post :D ) does anyone know a good place to get them in canada? more specifically toronto? the places i've seen sell L1A's for $20 a pop! Also, is the 92mm L1A as quiet as the 80mm L1A? thanks
