The problem with fighting these little wars is that we abide by international laws thereby tying our hands and those we are fighting do not. Sure we do break the rules a bit (the interrogations in Cuba), but we still have to fight humainly. I also think it's apparent we did not learn a thing in Viet...

I don't know this from experience, but I have been reading a lot in the forums, and it seems to me that the Arctic Cooling PWM fan has been recieved better. I have one on the way.

If you plan on watching HD-DVD or Blu-Ray eventually with this card, you should get at least the nVidia 8600 or ATI 2600 series of cards for proper decode acceleration and optimal image quality. The 8400, 8500, and 8600 should all be the same in this aspect shouldn't they? I like the looks of the X...

RAID 0 is not likely to provide noticeable performance increases. I would get a board with DDR2. No reason to blow the extra money on DDR3 right now. So if you get DDR2, CAS3 at the minimum.b Gigabytes fan control is OK. Asus is Qfan good. Abit Fan EQ is better. However, as stated, if Speedfan supports your board, you can do these functions via software. I persona...

The new travelstars with 16 mb of cache are probably the fastest 2.5 inch drives out there right now. I have one in my wife's pc, very quiet. The sata 3.0 ones are not out yet, the current ones are 1.5 speeds. There is a link to the review right on the front page of storagereview.com http://www.hit...

I have my Ultra Extreme for sale in the Deals section. While it's certainly a good cooler, I did not care for the mounting on the socket 775, it allows for the HS to wiggle. Thermalright says it is withing the Intel pressure spec on their webiste, but I wanted something more solid. I am using a reg...

The wife PC - Pink Raidmax O2
Just completed a upgrade of my wife's PC. Her previous case was in a purple Chieftec Dragon that she has had since I first built her a computer 5 years ago before we were married. It was difficult to cool quietly, and honestly, just too honking big. Her only requirements were that the new case be pr...
