Thanks for the interest, dukla2k.
Ok. Lets see if we can sort this out. I downloaded the manual for a7v333.. and there seems to be alot more jumpers overall on it. Design looks similar but its probably quite different than a7v133.
* The VID is down on the left side of the northbridge on my board. I can see it is located above mem slots on yours.
* The one, overvolt, you speak about doesent seem to be present anywhere.
* The one by the front panel connectors. "Output Limit" is not available on my board it seems. Maybe this is the culprit. You are a bit unclear there, maybe a typo? I am not sure if you mean +/- 10% of default voltage regulation. But in that case it could be true.
If I understand you correctly: When you want to undervolt more you set Output Limit to 'unlimted' and then set VID to a low value, for example
1.10V. Then the mobo will accept the low values you set in BIOS, but you can also use higher values that will have the desired effect?
I have not tried. But from the manual of my board I get the impression that if I set a value with VID that is the value I will get. Not possible to change in BIOS. However. I did take a good look at the board again today in full daylight. And I might be able to change the jumpers with alot of fiddling and small pliers.
This without removing the HS on the NB that is.
