I'm not an expert either, but I think you would get better cooling if both fans were blowing in the same direction (Diagram B), rather than working against one another (Diagram A).I'm not an expert when it comes to the airflow

I would say definately using them in push-pul configuration, although I'm not sure how big the help will be, depends on much the heatsink impedes airflow.
Having them blow against each other is probably creating some extra noise, possibly even diminishing the airflow as the fans "fight" against each other, also the air doesn't have a proper cooling path compared to just one fan or two blowing the same way.

I'd strongly recommend the second arrangement - have the air flowing in a single direction (towards the rear of the case). The first arrangement will result in considerable turbulence and consequent noise.
I'm not sure that you need both fans (consider all the discussions of push-pull effects) - you might want to consider removing the 92mm fan.
FWIW

Does someone want to be really cool and test the performance of this with a yate loon or nexus 120, or any 120mm or push-pull config. I am considering doing one of those insted of a nexus 92mm , but it's not worth it unless its like 4-5 crise decrese.
Stupid me shoulda gotten a ninja, but I had like 2 days to figure out all the parts for a new computer before i left on a trip :/

if I had a spare 120mm fan, I'd give it a whirl. Instead I just bought one of those new minebea scythe fans, i used some super strong adhesive backed double sided tape, and it's been working silent for a month now.shadowfire1 wrote:Does someone want to be really cool and test the performance of this with a yate loon or nexus 120, or any 120mm or push-pull config.
