What about a second intake fan?
It'd also be interesting to see what happens to noise level when the case fans are set to medium speed, maybe it allows the GPU fans to slow down causing total noise to go down as well.

Wow, that new test system must had cost a lot of money! I hope SPCR received some of the products for free or perhaps SPCR had the products lying around.

Would it be too demanding for the reviewer to manually undervolt the fan via a simple piece of software like MSI Afterburner? When SPCR reviews CPU fans and aftermarket fans, the fans are undervolted because the fan manufacturers usually cater to people that tolerate much more noise than SPCR members. So why shouldn't the speed of video card fans be manipulated just like the CPU fans and aftermarket fans? I assume that using software like Afterburner doesn't require too much effort in order to dampen the sound of the video card fan.

Otherwise, I must really praise SPCR for continuing their enormous efforts to aid computer enthusiast in accomplishing a quiet computer system.
