How does the "PWM hub" actually work? Based on PWM signal, it regulates fans with voltage??

An interesting report.
One review comment I can add from my own experience with the smaller Luxe model and reading other user comments on the Primo model is regarding the Enthoos' "SP" fans. I returned my smaller case, the Enthoo Luxe, partly because the fans did not match the specification. You will all find the fans lack the acoustic pads that may make a difference to their noise profile.
