I notice that the power consumption figures for Athlon 5350 + AM1I-A are now significantly lower than in the Athlon 5350 article (14/20/20 vs 18/25/25). Was this an editing error or was there a configuration change that yielded such remarkable power savings?

Also, are the "idle" values measured with video signal on or off? I have noticed with my Athlon 5350 that disabling video (DPMS off state) drops wall power consumption by two watts or so. Given how efficient machines are nowadays, even these small variations are becoming significant.
