If only I didnt have H20 cooling....my case would be soo much neater. Im tempted to sell it just to clean em up and get some Zalman silent CPU cooling and an NV5 Silencer but I know Ill regret it!
My system, regarding your standards, prolly isnt silent. But, its quiet enough for me. My next build will be truely silent...no doubt.

For those of you who are not using your floppy. just disconnect it completely and store the cable underneath the drive! Worked for me.

a whole lot of thermaltake in there
these tiny little fans (chipset and OTES) are most likely the biggest noisemakers in your system. since you have two 120mm fans (or is the bottom fan in the PSU a smaller one?) exhausting heat from your case I'm sure you'll be perfectly safe with a passive heatsink on the chipset and without the OTES's fan and plastic shroud.
is the front fan really neccessary? why not remove the floppy drive completely if you're not using it?

Then get rid of your rear fan. The only advantage to having fans in push-pull is when there is very high resistance to flow. You do not have such a situation, and so you should get rid of the rear fan. The positive pressure created by the front fan will push air out the back. Also, get an Arctic Cooling NVidia Silencer fan. It is a very quiet, very effective graphics card fan.
