Just wanted to share the fruits of my labor, none of which would have been possible without the help of all the great people on this site. Thank you!

It's an older system, but it suits my need. Here are the specs,
- Sonata (original, but with Sonata II front panel courtesy of Antec)
- Asus A7N8X-E DLX
- Athlon XP 3000+
- Zalman CNPS7000Cu (modded with Nexus 92mm)
- Seasonic S12-430 PSU
- Asus Radeon 9600XT
- AccoustiPak (not pre-cut)
- Nexus 120mm case fan

In addition, I spray-painted the inside of my case with some product that has a rubbery feel to it; this was first done by someone here. My apologies for not remembering the name of the product or the person who inspired me to paint. The hard drives are resting on some left over AccoustiPak and kept in place with nylon screws.

My temps today (outdoor temp of 72 degrees F) are:
- CPU: 47 C
- MB: 29 C
- master hard: 41 C
- slave hard: 39 C
- GPU: 44 C
- GPU Ram: 49 C

Once again thank you for all the help and support from this site.

Tidy cabling! :)

Did the spray-on rubber make a difference?

Crispy: The rubber paint makes no appreciable difference. Didn't really think it would, but thought the color would be nice.

amjedm: Yes, I did cut the rear exhaust. I can post a pic if you want.

Guys, we're looking at a really good cablegami job!

I personally like the slightly rugged & military look of the inside of the case. Target locked, press any key.

Sorry for the delay in putting up some more pics. Here they are:

Front: Pretty standard fare except for the Accoutispak.
Image

Rear: The Zalman controller is connected to the Nexus 120mm case fan.

Inside: More detailed than the pic in the first posting.
