well. after all this reserach (im sure you have seen me asking questions for a while now) im finally done! my specs:
AthlonXP 2100+ Tbred B OC'd to 2366 mhz (1.7 vcore)
radeon 9700 PRO @ 360/360 with zamlan heatpipe cooler.
4 panaflo's, 2*120mm case fans, 1*92mm on hs, 1*80mm in psu
(all at 7v or lower)
sunbeam rheobus
SLK-900
fortron 350 watt psu
8RDA+
80gb seagate barracuda 4
SLK3700AMB
some round cables
some tape to hold the cables in the right place
all grills have been cut away, and are empty.
now, my problem is the barracuda4 noise is starting to annoy me
i will be back later with temps
and of course, once teh build was over, one of the most important parts of it....

The lights are beyond bright, you could use them as replacement headlights for your car.

Or better yet, overclocked and silent?

Nice man. It looks very similiar to my setup.
I do a LOT of case modding at the Local store I work for and for my friends. I thought that I sould live with not touching the case and leaving it as is. HAHA. I moved my system over to it Friday and Sunday I was back in the shop with my RTX and cordless Drill!!! I love Panaflo Fans. They are the best fan I have ever use and highly recommend them to all of my customers/friends. THe only 120mm Fan I like besides the PAnaflo series is the fan made by JMC. It is 25mm thick like normal fans. That is an advantage over the Panaflo in some instances.
I thought about doing exactly what you did dinde with the drive cagte in order to fit the Panaflo in there. I have 2 SCSI Drives that need all of the support they can get. Ecspecially the 10K2, it is 1.6" drive and that it is too close to the edge for me. I have the Saphire which has the heat-pipe on it too. I am thinking about overclocking it too.
One last thing. Do you think I could put the fan adapter that Sidewindercomputers sells on the Alpha PAL8045 for a 92mm Panaflo L and get it to work the same since I have it setup sucking fromt the heatsink?

Oh hell. I have an Enermax controllable fan pwrsupply. It is a 430watt version. I am really thinking about either modding it or getting an Antec True Power 380watt and putting Panaflo Lows in it , 80mm and a 92mm. Think it is worth it? I really hate the damned noise from the rear 80mm on the Enermax!!

i suggest getting a nexus or fortron (sparkle) 350 watt psu. thats what i have(sparkle), modded, and i can ru nit a about 7 v. works gret, the air mcoming out isnt even that hot. i opresume i can go lower but theres no need, i can hear it anyways.

I really like the single 120mm fan too but I liek the fact that the true Power series is a better power supply. All three rails are discrete circuits from themselves.

Psyco, from what ive researched, the fortron is the same, if not better than the antec.

dinde:
Your CPU Heatsink looks like a Thermalright SK6?
I have one of these, can you tell me where you got the spring clips to mount a 92mm fan on it?
TIA

According to the list of his hardware the heatsink is actually an SLK-900 which takes a 92mm fan by design.
