Nice setup, anyways. But why did you turn the shuriken fan upside down? It's more effective if it blows down towards the motherboard components.

The PSU's fan that sucks air up from the inside of the case and blows it outside is almost directly above the Shuriken. It was competing for air.

I bettered my temps by 5 degrees by flipping it. Other owners of this case use a big NT06 WITHOUT the fan and have it 1-5mm away from the bottom of the PSU exactly.
