First I want to applaud your efforts in this build. Good work!
I'm currently working on a build with the Streacom FC5 alpha case. Fitting it with an Intel i5 4440 (84w tdp with integrated gpu) and a GTX 1060 (120w tdp) and a single SSD. I'm going to run the i5 passive with the internal gpu disabled to lower power usage and I'm first going to run the 1060 with active cooling until I have figured out how much heat it generates and if I can underclock it a bit to help with temps. Then I'm going to look into passive cooling for the GPU. I know the FC5 is a smaller case and probably will struggle with cooling the 1060 but it's a fun experiment.
What I'm most impressed with reading about your build is the streacom ZF240 psu. I'm surprised it can handle the load of your system. Do you think it could handle a build like mine? I was under the impression that I would have to wait for something along the lines of a 300-350w passive psu to show up before I could go completely fanless. Does the ZF240 add a lot of heat for the case to handle?
Im currently running the system with a Shuttle PSU rated at 500w that fits inside the case (53mm high).
Not really intending on highjacking this thread but here are some pics of my project.

This is where I'm currently at, trying to mod the PSU to run passively by moving all the mosfets to the chassis heatsink. If that doesnt work I'll add a low rpm 50mm fan... if the thing blows up I'll get a pico psu :p
