On the pictures, you can see how i cut out the hard drive cage so that clean cool air goes easily to the gpu and cpu (no resistance at low speed).
The other top fan is for the 4x10tb hard disks.
The hard drives are on rubber grommets, I barely tightened them so they float freely
All the fans are on rubber grommet, decoupling between them and the case
The custom filters are made to be easily peeled and removed from the front without having to remove the pc from the ikea box
All the other openings are blocked using scotch tape so that all the air in push mode goes through the front filter
Setings on Silent in the BIOS for the fan profile, I cannot hear the PC no matter what I do... it's in an ikea cabinet that has been cut from the back.
