GMC Case Sound Selector

The GMC case has a sound selector that allows you to plug inputs and outputs from any sound card into it. I need something like that for my Sonata except I don't need the selector portion of it. I just need a bracket that can adapt regular minijack input to something that is compatible with the header that the Sonata uses. I have a M-Audio Revolution sound card which doesn't have internal connectors. Is anything like what I described being sold anywhere?
