Is it possible to buy a different tray for lianli case?

I'd like to get a tray that has to cutouts for two outtake fans.
This way I can use two 1900rpm silencer fans vs the one Antec
80mm smartfan which spins up to 2900rpms on a hot day under full load.
it hits 34.5dba. A silencer fan from pc powerand cooling only reades 19rpm
with 20dba, much more quiet.

Unless there is a way to quiet a fan so that it still works just as well but doesn't make so much noise, still searching around.

I wouldn't put too much faith in the specs given for those Silencer fans. I replaced all 3 of my case fans (2 intake, 1 exhaust) with Panaflo L1As, used 2 medium speed Panaflos (1 cpu, 1 psu) and mounted all but the cpu fan with those EAR fan isolators. Everything stays nice and cool and the loudest thing in my case by far is the Western Digital hard drive.
