The Vulcan has a large handle on the top. It is designed to be a portable gaming computer. So it will normally have one or more graphics cards which will produce considerable heat. That's why it has provision for two top 120mm exhausts and a side 200mm fan. Any CPU running graphics cards of that class will typically heat up by at least 15-20C from idle while gaming. And more if the CPU is overclocked.
While the Vulcan is a high air flow case I suspect that to attempt passive cooling you would need to consider something like a Prolimatch Megahalems. Leaving aside whether it would fit or not, the fact that it's a portable case raises the issue of risk of damage with large, heavy heatsinks. So it could be worth instead considering the Corsair H50. It is said that it will fit (but only in the front intake fan position). Don't think there's enough room for a H70.
