serenity mini itx case - how loud is the psu ?

Could anyone tell me how loud the psu is on this case and how easy it is to replace - what psu type is it ?

BTW - Back OT, I looked around at the Mini-itx site and found no mention of a "Serenity" case. :(

I have found a little more info about this case over at the Via Arena forums (the case is made by Via I think) :

1. The PSU gets quite noisy over time
2. If using the PCI riser card, there is not enough room for many DVD Rom Drives - must be shorter than normal
