M-atx and M-itx expectations for CES - CEBIT - COMPUTEX

Here a week before CES starts, what wishes and expectations do you have of the hardware and peripherals?

Personally am still lacking a M-atx case with room for a normal sized PSU and CPU cooler that is silence oriented in matte colours.

Will the market be even more segmented this year with: "If it's not a laptop, then let's put some lights and windows on it." Or will there be a renaissence in silence here at the butt end of the desktop era.

Am currently satisfied with the silence of the PSU's, albeit the wattage max should be considerably lower. Have not gone the route of Pico-PSU as of yet, since I'm unsure it will be able to power 1HDD, 1 Optical drive, 1 CPU+GPU combo(ex: i5-2500k or Llano).

Wishing peripheral silence(keyboard, mouse, printer etc.) would get prioritized and a resurgence of non-widescreen monitor would appear.

Realistically, expectation is that not much will be changed. Cases will still have the standard drive cage, most will still be thin aluminium or plastic with a logo on it, VGA will still be a port included on motherboards and everything will have a hdmi interface.

And that high-frequency buzz on much electronic still gets to shine in all those new shiny gadgets!
