Side fan causing loud vibration

I'm trying to put a side fan on my case to cool down my SLI setup. But everytime I try it, no matter what fan I use, I tried a 120mm and 140mm I get a loud vibration noise. I have used rubber screws stand offs etx nothing seems to work. Having the fan on their drops my GPU temps alot so I would like to have one their but not if the noise coming from it can't be stopped. Any ideas?

Did you try some spacers from the fan against the cards or something else inside so the panel can't vibrate?

First you need fans that don't vibrate.

Try pressing on the case to find where the vibrations are. Electrical tape can be used as a vibration isolator. If the side panel is the problem then perhaps some dampening and/or stiffening can be added.

I almost can't believe it's the fan, since the side panel is load dampened with bitumen. It would have to be a damaged and very strong fan then for it to vibrate enough to be heard. Either replace the fan with whatever other fan you may get your hands on, or find the real source of the noise.
