I'm planning on buying new PC and using my old HR-01+ with new LGA1156 Bolt-Thru Kit (I hope it fits on 1155 board, does it?). I also like Define Mini, but I don't know if it's wide enough for my cooler..

Any info, will it fit?

The only tricky part is the bolt-through kit. Both 1155 and 1156 have the backplate and use the same hole diameter/spacing, so it should work.

The rest of the info you can get off manufacturer sites and it's been discussed on these forums quite a bit what fits and what doesn't. The tl;dr is the manufacturer specs are accurate for the case, you don't want to go over much if at all.

The Define Mini will Support CPU coolers with height of ca 160mm, so yes it will. There is some extra allowance space, so it will clear just fine.
