I've found a few examples of this from Silverstone:
PS07,
TJ08, and
FT04. They all have a top-mounted PSU, and I was looking for a bottom-mounted one. Any other cases out there like this?

LIAN LI PC-V1000BPlus II has a reversed ATX layout, i think there is other lian li that i dont remember atm. Most of the case labs cases can be ordered with reversed atx. FT02 has a 90 degree rotation, the PSU ends up top end.

Great list, but not many are available here.
BitFenix Outlaw - available
Gigabyte Luxo - X10 is discontinued, M10/M30 has some availability
Intertek - Europe only
Linkworld - Europe only
Lian Li PC-D600 - not rotated?
Lian Li PC-A05 - discontinued
Silverstone TJ06 - discontinued
The PC-A05 is freaking beautiful. They actually replaced it with the PC-A05FN which is not rotated. I don't like the aesthetics of the Outlaw or Luxo, but the Outlaw is cheap enough to buy as a test platform.

As you can see from my sig I use a Lian Li V600 modded to fit the PSu like the A05, which I used before. I bought both cases on ebay because there are none like these avalable new.
