I can't remember where I read it...but someone commented that the PSU looked like a Seasonic....I hope it is, because it'd need their typical fan/rpm profile for that tiny tiny thing.

I remember reading that as well.
If it is the SS-500L1U, the only reason it'll be quiet is because it is fanless up to 50% load, apparently.
