Looking for mITX cases just a little bigger than a Streacom

Enclosures and acoustic damping to help quiet them.

Looking for mITX cases just a little bigger than a Streacom

Looking for a compact HTPC case that will fit two 3.5 inch HDs, plus a (full size or slot load) DVD player, and a quiet but capable HSF (Noctua NH-L9i, Scythe Big Shuriken or Kozuti), and a 92mm or 120mm case fan, and is designed for use with a PicoPSU. And it needs an elegant, understated design for maximum wife-approval factor. Streacom's F7C comes kinda close, but the case fan is too small, it only supports one 3.5 and one 2.5 drive, and the HSF clearance is basically nonexistent with that 3.5 drive in.

Unless Streacom releases a new model that's basically a taller F7C, a better option might be modding a Lian Li PC-Q03. Ecosmartpc makes PicoPSU mounting plates to cover up the hole left for the PSU bay. It includes a fan mount, and I bet there'd be room for another 3.5 drive in vacated PSU bay itself. Or maybe a drive can be suspended below the DVD?

Any other suggestions for small, PicoPSU-based cases? Anyone have experience with the PC-Q03 who could weigh in on if a 3.5 inch drive would fit in the PSU bay or if there's room below the DVD slot for a full size HD?
