Case [choice] - gaming living room

Post by Watever44 » Sun Feb 05, 2017 11:15 am

First, I would like to say hi to the community and this forum !

I kinda broke my small crappy thermaltake core v1 case.
It was far from "silent".

I want to replace with something more quiet cause my girlfriend doesn't like any sound at all. A bit freak.

I want something that will look "ok" or nice in a living room, is "kid" proof, can have matx card and ideally under 16" so it fits with the height of the furniture but not required, a glass or window is also nice but far from required.

My list of components :
I might be upgrading with Ryzen or will upgrade CPU for i5.
Otherwise, that's what I currently have.

Motherboard: EVGA Stinger WiFi Mini ITX LGA1150

Storage: Mushkin ECO2 240GB 2.5" Solid State Drive

Power Supply: EVGA SuperNOVA P2 650W 80+ Platinum Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply

I have selected theses ones so far and would like your recommendation and suggestion if you have other choice.

- Fractal Design Mini C
- Silverstone Kublai KL07 (higher than
- Thermaltake F31 (tempered glass or not)

Not fixed on a budget case either if it does what I need.

Thank You

P.S. : I live in Canada, so European parts could be hard to get sometimes over here :(
