Can anyone comment on this case? It supports up to a 120mm fan in the back and looks plain and simple. I cannot find the correct physical size specifications for this though.

It's available in black or white.

Oh I just found a flaw in the design: no front USB/audio/Firewire/anything ports.

It has USB/Audio, but no firewire. I have one of those.

This case looks the same as the 611. I was able to modify the front of 611 to hold a 120mm as well. Here is my Chenbro 611 project.

Who has exactly 61169 model - where is "RESET" button?
