3 peak Melamine foam?

Post by hyperslug » Wed Dec 17, 2003 9:05 am

Has anyone had any experience with this Triple Peak Melamine foam stuff? I'm real curious to see how well it works as opposed to the flat stuff.

"Foam is rigid (not flexible). Triple peak foam is made of fiber-free melamine. It is cut into wedges that form alternating square patterns. Easily mounts to most surfaces with adhesives..."

It's about $24 for a sheet of 24" x 48" x 1". Not very cheap compared to the flat stuff, but I wonder if there's a noticeable or measureable difference.

1" is thick, if you can fit it into your case then it's good, of you can not fit it into your case, I have to say NA! lol

The extra surface area would help.

Say, hyperslug, you don't go to Georgia Tech do you?
