Dual processors make for interesting folding.

I've downloaded one instance of FAH and I started running it. This seems totally logical and yet quite odd. CPU usage is pegged at 50% of the total, but on one processor it hovers around 75% and on the other it hovers arounds 25%. I thought this was a single threaded program but perhaps not. In addition if something else suddenly calls for a huge amount of CPU then FAH drops down and still stays at the 50% of the total level.

Have other seen this behavior?

Sounds like it's single-threaded but is juggled between the cores. What happens if you start a second instance?

Under the Task Manager, are you looking at the CPU usage under Processes, or under Performance? My four cores show the load being at 25 but they're all pegged out at 100 under the Performance tab.
