Hi, yes any time in next 24h I'll be through 3,000,000 points too.
I've recently managed to up my PPD a lot with the adition of a GTS250 and a GTX260. The GTX260 has 216 shaders at 1490MHz and is good for 7000~8000ppd. The GTS250 has 128 shaders @ 1750MHz, should be 1850MHz but card faulty :( it manages 5000~6000ppd. My HD4670 is out for moment and only managed ~1200ppd.
My Q9400@ 3.2GHz is ~2500ppd and E6600@ 3GHz ~1500ppd. The Q9400 might manage more if ran 2x SMP on it, got plenty of RAM to try with anyway
Makes me wonder what people with 30-40k ppd must be running to get that level. Got to be GPUs unless whole offices full of PCs....

The first post of this long thread we were 20th, now strugling to hold on to 50th! Anyway keep at it everyone.
Seb

And here's a new one, in the 3 months we'll pass 2 teams.

Of course 1 will pass us too, but hey it's all good.

Indeed, great job SebRad! And yeah, gpus are very helpful in getting above 40k, you can see my whole farm on http://www.fahweb.com/stats/cordis/ if you're interested. Or let me know if you can't see that, I've been on vacation this week so it's nice to be able to log on and see how my machines are doing.

Thanks, guys!

My iMac is most of the production, and my two older machines are running SETI@Home at the same time as Folding@Home, so they are much lower output.

Nice moves by aspd. KK also has to worry about cd8uk, which has taken a rather huge upward leap.

Thank you both! I've upped the i7 920 to 4.2 GHz recently, helps a bit on the "bigadv". Happy getting these scores from one machine only. I also bought a used watercooled 9800 GX2; but it's currently laying on a shelf, need a new motherboard (and perhaps PSU) if i'm going to get to use it (no slot available atm). Which could end up more expensive then planned...
