One of the machines I'm using to fold will be getting deployed soon, so I'll need to stop it at some point. It has the console version installed. If I set it up using -config to ask before communicating, then use -send x to transmit the unit, will it automatically download another or just stop?

I know that the project will send the same unit out again if it doesn't come back by the due date, but I'd rather not hold things up if at all possible.

If you use the Windows console (as opposed to Linux) you can set the -pause option - see the bottom of the page.
