Managing multiple computers on a network

Post by Zyzzyx » Mon Oct 27, 2003 8:00 pm

Having 3 of my 5 systems at home here doing Folding, I quickly found Electron Microscope 3. Very slick, neat little graphics, but a bit finicky for my tastes. Kept it going though.

On a recent browse of the Folding message boards I found the following little program.

FAH LogStats

Very minimal, yet useful program. Gives you some nice info on each computer, where they are in current calculations, and some good overall info for the network. Including current points per day and week estimates.

Definitely recommended for those folks with a small (or large) Folding farm going. I'm probably going to discontinue my use of EM3. Other bonus with FAH Stats is its plain appearance will be easier to use at work. :D

No, soon as I start up in the morning (well, log on at work) it's showing the estimated PPD/PPW.

It does seem to miss the information sometimes, and not show anything for one of the clients, but usually fixes itself at the next update.
