I've made some measurements on a complete system, with one and two DIMM's installed.

According to the #'s, the DIMM power draw is up to(processor IMC power is included) 1.2W idle and 3.5W under load.
IMO, if you're looking for the lowest power memory, go with the "30nm" Samsung
