Quiet PSU for P4P800 Deluxe

I was advisedto post this question at this forum.
I'm turning a PC into a PVR for my parents. It will be housed in a home theater style case that will sit in their entertainment center. I'm concerned about noise. I just bought a CPU heatsink/fan that is supposed to be quiet. I don't think the case fans make much noise. That leaves the PSU.
Can anyone recomend a PSU for this setup that will run real quiet-like? I don't expect to add any components other than what I've listed below. So I'm not worried much about future components sucking up too much juice.
Would a 400W PSU work? Under 400W? I have an fairly quiet 350W PSU sitting around. Using it would require an adapter to power the CPU, but would 350W even be enough?
What do you guys recommend?

Asus P4P800 Deluxe
Pentium -4 2.8CGHz 800M 478P 512K
1GB Corsair DDRAM PC3200
Geforce 7800GS 256MB
2 * HAUPPAUGE WinTV-PVR-150
Western Digital 200GB HD WD2000JB
NEC ND-3550 16x DVD Burner
CNPS7000B-AlCu Heatsink
*(Antec True Power 550W)* - This is what I am currently using, but I would like something more quiet.
