Silent case+PSU combinations

I read every review on the topic you wrote.
I am supersensitive about silence and I'm tring to terminate the noise my pc makes.
My hardware is:
CPU: P4 2660 MHz (506), LGA 775
HS: Thermaltake golden orb (rpm<1000/min all the time)
MB: Gigabyte 945 GMF (microATX), vodeo on bord
HDD: WD 80 GB SATA II
DVD RW Samsung
TV Tuner Win Fast
No name case and PSU (450W )
The only modification I did is chenging the PSU fan with a 80mm Antec set on low.
I plann to upgrade the sistem and first in line is adding a pasive cooled video card (WinFast PX7300 GT Extreme GF 7300 GT 256Mb DDR3 for exmple, or anithing better but still pasivelly cooled). Next I'll try to get an P4 805 (still selling in Romania).
The most important source of noise is the PSU, I barely hear the TT 100mm fan on the CPU, and all of the noise is amplified by the vibrating case.
My $$ allows mw to think about the following options:
1. Antec P150 with the original PSU
2. Antec SOLO + Seasonic S12 430W (my favorite combination)
3. Antec SOLO + pasive PSU
Don't know if I could run the thing without the rear fan (read that it is not at all silent)? - would there be problems with heat.
