Nitrogon NT06-Lite Question

Hello I have just finished my first HTPC build and used silentpcreview as a reference point.

Case: Silverstone SG01
PSU: Antec Earthwatts 430w
Mobo: ABIT AN-M2
CPU: Athlon 64 3500 Socket AM2

The only complaint I have is the CPU fan/heatsink is stock and I've only replaced a heatsink/cpu on full ATX boards and that was years ago as I haven't upgraded in sometime and it came preinstalled w/ the fan (Volcano 6 Cu). What I'm wondering is with my setup can I just purchase this Nitrogon NT06-Lite without a fan and if not will a fan run into my psu?

The NT-06 was designed specifically for the SG-01 Sugo to fit flush underneath (or near flush) the PSU's 120mm fan. It'll be fine.
