gfx card advice passive HD4670 or wait for passive HD5570?

Hi all. Love the site. Got a great Antec 2480 case based upon the review on this site and are running a 785 mobo using onboard graphics. An Athlon II x3 405e completed the core of the machine.
My priorities are:-

• Low power
  Silent (or very quiet)
  Performance (should play 3D games at 1366x768 resolution)
  Cost
  Looks

(running Windows 7 64bit btw)

I'm thinking of upgrading the graphics card off the onboard one.

Should I go for a passive HD4670 or wait for a passive HD5570 to come out?
I do not fancy fiddling with after-market passive coolers. I suspect that the HD5570 at half height may never have a passive cooler as standard. I know the HD5750(?) has a passive cooler but that's out of my price range.

Any advice? Am I missing an obvious alternative?

I think it would depend on what kind of gaming your doing. The 5450 in my HTPC is good for only very modest gaming. I can play some stuff on it at 1920x1080 if i have the detail quite low. Such as Dirt2, NFS-Shift and Street Fighter 4. Other older RTS are also no issue.

The 4670 you are looking at thumps the 5450 by a wide margin, but still requires good case cooling which might not be any better then a video card with decent active cooling.

I would suggest to look for a 5670 that has a temp controlled fan, it would be probably cheaper then a passive cooled alternative and offer better performance. They sometimes also have the ability to control there fan in software to allow you to choose that compromise of noise and temps.
