Hi, the Nexus 430w PSU will be ample for your system.
I have run my Q9400 & GTX260 system off a 330w Seasonic!
you might also look in to a fan swap for the Antec PSU if don't value the warranty or have another use for it.
I'd suggest using a 2000-2500rpm fan and connecting to the existing fan header / wiring so PSU still has control of fan speed.
