Is Via x86 ever coming back to USA?

i found there is chinese Zhaoxin for china only

could they get samsung to use its 7nm manufacturing?

and maybe license nvidia graphics, PowerVR or some other direct x 12 compatible

i might be interested in via on a low budget with SMT x64 SSE AVX

4 or 8 core integrated graphics 7nm process low power

using a socket and standard aftermarket cpu coolers

Why did they decide to pull it from the USA market in the first place?

I think they were out-competed when Intel started delivering integrated graphics on their CPUs.
The demand for low end discrete graphics isn't enough to run a company that can keep up with new technology.
