Monster Computer? Pimp my PC? Overclockin'?

Post by IsaacKuo » Thu Mar 10, 2005 8:26 am

Here in the U.S., there are a lot of popular shows based on customizing cars and motorbikes. Is it just me, or wouldn't it be neat if they had shows like this for computers?

Of course, a custom computer build doesn't take as long as a custom bike build, even with a scratchbuilt case, so the time limits involved should be much shorter.

I would but I represent a vanishingly small percentage of the TV viewing population I think.

Now that I recall, I first thought of this idea while watching a British TV show Scrapheap Challenge (called Junkyard Wars here in the U.S.). I've seen plenty of scrapheaps of computer parts, and have often felt like I was playing "Scrapheap Challenge" when cobbling something together. :)

I put down no, because I watch too much TV anyways.
