Most years you bid them a fond farewell, but 2012 frankly sucked and the sooner it's over the better.

Wealth has purchased something that is both expensive and time consuming - We as a national have been wholely divided (oxymoron #1). We're essentially having a political and religious civil war (oxymoron #2), as if the economic war being waged wasn't enough.

Only an immense tragedy or a common enemy can bring out what little humanity we have left.

If I had a wish I would ask for just one day on earth where all people lived completely without fear. You can't imagine how many heads would explode in the US alone under such conditions.
