So funny, I just had to share.

My friend called saying his computer that I built had a bunch of errors on it. He sent me some screenshots to show me what's happening. I was a little worried that it was a hardware failure, since I built the computer and it is quite overclocked. After seeing the screenshots, however, I think I'm in the clear...

:lol: ..there's a few more phrasings that made me laugh too;

"C:\system32\drivers" ... I think most people install Windows in a folder on their C drive, not on the root ??

"Hard drive rotational speed exceeds system limits" ... there's no substitute for cubic inches, errr I mean rotations per minutes

All in all; a bad hoax if U ask me

Obvious hoax program. If C: was unreadable windows wouldn't start up in the first place. Tell your friend to use critical judgement before installing software.

Tell your friend to use critical judgement before installing software.
Better still, tell your friend to use Firefox loaded with AdBlockPlus (ABP), and have an up-to-date antivirus program installed before going on a one-handed porn-surfing marathon........ read on.

Prevention is always better than a cure. A clean porn-site is just like a clean pro, no-viruses, and you don't get the shit beaten out of you and your wallet stolen in the alley on your way out. Common sense has been, is and will continue to be the best solution.

I'd blame the overclock for letting the software blip on by to bother falsefully without permission.

anyone remember when 82810 came out? 2001?
a nerdy glorious time.. I have not had invasions in ten years.

I guess they figured the average person is so stupid (and rightfully so) that they needn't bother too much.

It's hard to tell with a guy who honestly thinks his fan runs faster because he put heatshrink on the wires. He also for some reason thinks LGA CPUs are inferior to PGA.
