It was there until recently. Now I reset it, apply it, and hit OK.
As soon as I exit it's gone, blank is all I get.
What's going on?
I found this and I use SpyBot but I can not find the settings LOCK IE.... to turn off. No settings are shown on the page mentioned.
I also can not locate the NoSetHomePage entry in my registry (Windows Vista 32 bit).
Yes, I'm a duh! Sue me.

That should be my choice, not forced into it.
