At best a mere small delay. And even that's questionable.

The forces you address existed long before Obama. They will never go away, it's human nature.

id dont agree those traits are just "human nature". there were many native american tribes with no sense of any of that, until the white man arrived.

Yes, and look at what the white man did to the native Americans. But you have a valid point, even if it is on the endangered species list.
