You did not mention how your connections are installed.

I think this might be spamming. Look at the topics by the user and you'll see nothing related to silencing and very little of any real sense.

I googled the username and found few hits, nearly all of them from the end of November 2012 and now including this one.

There is a post that is identical to this one - looks like spam to me especially as this is a question with no information at all apart from the name of the broadband supplier (which is irrelevant).
