ur fav windows desktop search?

Post by dan » Sun Oct 13, 2013 11:09 am

i think windows desktop search sucks.

i tried others like copernic and it doesn't do what i want it to do.

the only search that does what i want is everything

the only downside is it doesn't let me search inside files.

Can I just ask why you keep starting so many topics along these lines recently?

... and many more.

It's not that I'm suggesting you're spamming or anything, it's just that it seems to be somewhat unusual to ask so many questions, many of which are already well answered elsewhere.

Same here, I need to search for something a handful of times a year, and when I do I use the search facility built into W7, never failed, no need to install more software onto my PC.
