some early pics...I need to dismantle the whole thing again because one of the parts is defective. Probably xchanging for a new set of heatpipe. Will update with more pics soon.

after i ripped the noisy little bitch off the card...

The Zalman installs fine with the ramsinks intact.

At the moment, I am running the card without tapping power from PSU...the core is running @ 250MHz, memory@500MHz. The card is cooled with a 80mm Panaflo L1A.

enough clearance for stock ramsinks on the front of card

the rear ramsink plate causes the zalman's rear heatsink base to be slightly off balance.

FINAL PRODUCT

I secured a 80mm Panaflo L1a to the card using cable ties.
