Which is quieter? ATI 9700 vs NVIDIA FX5600?

Which is quieter? ATI 9700 vs NVIDIA FX5600?

I have heard difference opion on the noises produced by ATI and NVIDIA video card. I am looking at ATI 9700 vs NVIDIA FX5600, or cards of the same performance level by these 2 companys...
