Hello, i am about to order a thermalright shaman to install on my GTX570. I think the shaman will fit the card without having to remove the stock VRM and memory heatsink and my question is would this provide a better cooling option?
Below is a copy of the card with stock heatsink removed but vrm and memory heatsink still installed, obviously i would remove the fan!

Also with everything off.

Sometimes the VRM heatsinks arnt the best on aftermarket coolers so i am thinking if i leave the stock memory and vrm heatsink on, there is a much larger area connected to the memory and vrm's and with a 140mm fan blowing on the black heatsink will it actually cooler better this way?
Advice with thermalright Shaman installation please

Go for it!
Try it out and report back
If the Shaman fits, the original cooling plate should definitely help and I've had nothing but heartache with sticky-tape heatsinks. Especially the ones for the VRMs seem to always fall of (various Arctic Cooling Accelero experiences).
