I've already built a system with the following three components...
Antec NSK2480 HTPC case
ASUS P5KPL-CM mATX motherboard
ATI HD 2600 based video card (actually an ArcadeVGA 3000)
I'm trying to figure out if a Zalman VNF100 passive VGA cooler will fit/work with my setup before I plunk down the cash.
The main concerns are...
1) will the VNF100 physically attach to my video card
2) space on the back side of the video card -- the heatsink on the Northbridge cooler is kind of big
3) clearance above the memory modules

For the same money you can get a Radeon HD 5450 Silent video card as they are on clearance prices now because of the even better HD 6450 cards are now shipping.

The card I have is a special card designed to connect to an arcade monitor.

99.9% of us out here probably thought you were building a HTPC.
