Heatsink for HD 4870

I am looking for a heatsink for my AMD Radeon HD 4870. I would like it to be able to accomodate a 120 or 140mm fan, but I am wondering i it would be sufficient with the fan in the case panel. In that case, I don't care which fans it will accept. Any suggestions?

I don't know if it's (still) available in your region, but Arctic Cooling Accelero S1 rev.2 works wonders with my Sapphire HD 4870.
With one or two 120mm Scythe Slipstream fans @500/700rpm strapped on it is much cooler and quieter than the original cooling apparatus.
I wouldn't rely only on a case fan to cool the card, though, as the 4870 is a thermal monster and even if it could keep the GPU core temperature at safe levels, the VRM's would probably overheat.
