FYI:

• minimum RPM of fans at 0% is ~1400 (probably too fast and loud for most readers of this site)
• somewhat crappy acoustic characteristics - fans are most silent at 30 and 34% speed (~1600rpm)

Always good to hear new reports about GPU's. And I had always believed that the mentioned MSI cooler was quiet, but it's good that I've been proven wrong.
